XVE Terms
Effective Policy
Last updated: July 2027. These Terms apply to the XVE website, XVE MT5 v1.0, digital products, licensing, checkout, support, and related services.
1. Definitions
“XVE”, “XVERSE”, “the website”, “the service”, “the bot”, “the product”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the XVE website, XVE MT5 v1.0, related digital files, support materials, and official delivery channels. “User”, “customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to any person visiting the website, purchasing a plan, using the bot, contacting support, or accessing XVE materials.
2. User Agreement
By visiting the website, using the assistant, viewing market pages, purchasing a plan, or accessing XVE MT5 v1.0, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website, purchase access, download files, or use any XVE product.
3. Eligibility and Legal Use
You are responsible for making sure that using XVE is legal in your country, region, broker environment, and account type. You must not use XVE for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
- You must follow your broker’s rules and platform conditions.
- You must use XVE only for lawful purposes.
- You must not use stolen payment information, false identities, or unauthorized accounts.
4. Product Scope
XVE MT5 v1.0 is a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor focused on BTCUSDm and ETHUSDm. Symbol names may differ depending on broker suffixes, account type, and server configuration. XVE does not guarantee compatibility with every broker, every account, or every custom symbol name.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Prices, plan names, license limits, access periods, and product availability may change at any time. The active pricing page is the source for current packages. XVE may refuse, delay, or cancel an order if payment is incomplete, suspicious, incorrect, or unverifiable.
6. License Access and Digital Delivery
XVE products are delivered digitally after successful payment verification. Delivery may include bot files, setup instructions, license information, account binding details, or support instructions.
- Access is not transferable unless XVE approves it.
- License details must not be shared publicly or resold.
- Delivery time can vary depending on payment verification and support availability.
7. MT5 Setup and User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for installing MetaTrader 5, enabling algo trading, using the correct chart and symbol, applying the correct settings, and checking broker conditions. Incorrect setup, wrong symbol names, disabled algo trading, high spread, low margin, or wrong lot size may affect bot performance.
8. Trading Risk and No Profit Guarantee
Automated trading and crypto market exposure involve financial risk. BTC and ETH can move quickly. XVE does not guarantee profit, account growth, win rate, fixed returns, or loss prevention.
9. Refund and Dispute Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the selected plan, delivery status, license activation status, support investigation, and proof provided by the customer. Because XVE is a digital product, refunds may be refused once files, licenses, or access details have been delivered or used.
- Payment proof and issue proof may be required.
- Refund requests must be sent through the official support channel.
- Chargeback abuse, false claims, or unauthorized disputes may lead to account suspension.
10. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Resale
XVE branding, logos, website design, product files, bot code, setup files, text, images, and digital materials remain the property of XVE and its creators. Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, resale, repackaging, uploading, leaking, sharing, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
11. Third-Party Platforms, Brokers, and Services
XVE may be used with MetaTrader 5, brokers, payment providers, crypto networks, communication platforms, and other third-party services. XVE does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their downtime, delays, spreads, execution, fees, restrictions, account rules, or technical problems.
12. Data Privacy
XVE may collect information required for checkout, support, license delivery, fraud prevention, and communication. Personal data is used only for service-related purposes. XVE does not sell personal data to advertisers.
13. Suspension and Termination
XVE may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, attempts unauthorized resale, shares license files, submits fraudulent information, abuses support, or creates risk to the website, brand, or customers.
14. Liability Disclaimer
XVE is provided as a digital product and support service without guaranteed financial results. XVE is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, broker problems, market gaps, spread changes, account liquidation, platform errors, user mistakes, internet issues, payment provider delays, or third-party failures.
15. Terms Updates
XVE may update these Terms when product features, pricing, policies, legal requirements, or service processes change. Continued use of the website or product after updates means you accept the latest version of the Terms.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms, license access, payment verification, setup, or support should be sent through the official XVE contact channels.
